As athletes with over 35 combined years of baseball and softball experience, Chris and Ashley DiBlasi have successfully competed at all levels of the game. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a holder of the Durability Certification from Onnit Academy as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sports Management, Chris’s knowledge expands across all aspects of baseball - as a professional player, coach, agent, sports rehabilitation assistant and as a business owner. As a RYT-200 Certified Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Shred Instructor, Ashley brings her softball knowledge of both the mental and physical aspects of the game as a former Division I college athlete and full ride scholarship recipient, and combines it with her career ending injury recovery process, love of physical fitness, and 200+ hour yoga teacher certification.

As the only facility in the Inland Empire to specialize in YOGA for Athletes, our programs and classes are designed to specifically help athletes move, breathe and focus to increase performance, decrease injury, and more importantly - allow career longevity. The RAW MVMT training method focuses on on the vital elements of flexibility, stabilization, durability, fascial reconditioning, raw strength taking a yoga-based systematic approach. This method reinforces the mind-body connection and creates body awareness while maintaining healthy joints and the tissues that support them.

With our very own in-house training studio, classes are offered 4 days per week designed to take your game and your body to the next level. The studio offers Power Yoga with a Mobility focus, Athletic Recovery Yoga and Glow in the Dark classes weekly with each dedicated to cultivating a better mind-body connection.
Our unique style of training takes real athletic, sport-specific movements and translates them over to the yoga mat. Think fielding ground balls, swinging a bat, throwing a ball, balancing on one foot in a pitcher wind up. We apply what your body is doing on the field to what it is doing in the studio. Understanding how your body works and how to get the most out of it is key to taking your game to the next level and maintaining your physical wellness.
